This sport has enjoyed a large popularity boost in recent years and during my research, I saw very few proper affiliate websites built around this niche.
I’ve also tried disc golf a few times in my hometown and it’s funny how I watched a video last week and there was this guy who had bought $10,000 worth of disc golf gear.
That alone convinced me there are some worthwhile commissions to be made.

Infinite Discs
Infinite Discs is one of the largest disc golf retailers online.
They were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in the US. They ship products to many places worldwide (except Europe due to VAT requirements).
So if you want to promote to European audiences, I have other options on this list.
Their product selection has 50,000 discs with pictures and they’re providing all the popular disc brands such as:
- Discraft
- Innova
- Latitude 64, and many more.
Almost all affiliate websites I encountered while researching this article were partnered with Infinite Discs. It’s most likely one of the more reliable options for customers and affiliates alike.
They’re offering a surprisingly decent commission rate of 10% and if you want to become an affiliate for them, you can fill out a simple application on their website.

Fly Green Disc Golf
Fly Green Disc Golf is the largest disc golf store in Colorado with over 15 years of experience.
They’re offering over 25,000 discs to choose from and along with discs, they are also selling apparel and gear related to disc golf.
A small downside to note is that they only ship products within the US so the majority of your audience should also reside there to get any sales.
They offer free shipping though. This is something you could use in your marketing efforts.
If you want to become an affiliate for Fly Green Disc Golf, you can fill out an application on their website and wait to get accepted (they accept US-based affiliates only).
Unfortunately, they don’t disclose commission rates and cookie lengths so I can’t say much about that. If I had to guess, the rates are somewhere between 5-15% as they are with most physical products.

Prodigy Store
Prodigy Store is based in Finland and they’re selling various discs, bags, apparel, & accessories for disc golf.
Promoting this store is a valid choice if your audience resides in the EU as they have fairly cheap shipping costs. They also ship products to many places worldwide (including the US). However, the shipping costs can be quite expensive overseas.
They’re offering a bit lower commission rates at 5%, but it’s likely possible to negotiate better rates if you drive lots of sales volume.
One benefit is that they have a long 360-day cookie length and you’ll be credited for all sales made through your affiliate links during that timeframe.
You can apply to become an affiliate by filling out a form where they also ask for your Instagram handle. Despite that, you should be able to promote on your website once you get access to your affiliate links.

Visionary Disc Golf
Visionary Disc Golf is an online store selling so-called “visionary training nets” for disc golf.
They were designed by a passionate disc golfer who wanted an efficient way to train form and precision.
The nets are portable, come with a bag, and only require 1 person to assemble. This makes it a great choice for a training session at home or on the go.
These nets also reduce disc retrieval time because they are so big and will likely catch the disc if you miss the throw.

At the time of writing this, there are 3 different nets available at their store and the prices are as follows:

- $280
These price ranges are great for affiliates.
With 15% commissions, your cut for selling $280 nets would be $42 per sale.
What also makes this a bit easier to promote is the customer’s ability to split their purchase into 4 separate payments. This should further increase your conversion rates.
The only downside is that they only ship within the US.
Regardless, I highly recommend this one.

Hyzer Flip
Hyzer Flip is an online store that sells disc golf apparel and accessories along with a small catalog of discs.
They were established in 2008 because they weren’t impressed with the disc golf apparel at the time.
Currently, they’re accepting orders only from the US and this also goes for affiliates who want to apply.
They’re offering 5% commission rates and perhaps this is a valid choice if you want to promote some niche products to your audience.

VC Ultimate
VC Ultimate was founded in 1998 in Canada by three university students who were playing ultimate frisbee.
In their online store, they are selling custom uniforms, athletic apparel, and gear for various sports including disc golf.
What’s also interesting is that you can design your own custom discs.
The minimum order for those custom discs is 25 and it’d cost $325 which would actually make for decent affiliate commissions.
Promoting custom discs is an interesting angle you could take if you want to promote this brand.
They also ship worldwide which is always a good thing.
VC Ultimate offers tiered commission rates based on how many sales you make. For example, the lowest tier is $1-999 and you’d be eligible for 4% commissions. You get access to the highest tier rates of 8% when you cross $5000 in sales.

Amazon Associates
Lastly, I also wanted to include Amazon’s affiliate program on this list even though it’s not exclusively related to disc golf. It’s also what many other disc golf affiliate websites were promoting.
The reason you should also promote Amazon is that you can’t really find online stores (with affiliate programs) that’d sell disc golf baskets and some other niche products.
Those baskets could fetch some decent affiliate commissions so it’d be important to include them in your marketing efforts.
Amazon comes with a few pros & cons though.
They’ve not treated their affiliates well in the past by cutting commission rates way too often. But almost everyone knows what Amazon is and this helps you make more sales.
You also get credited for other items in the customer’s cart which can boost your earnings a lot. The downside is the short 24-hour cookie duration.
Anyone can join Amazon Associates which is also good.

How To Make Money In The Disc Golf Niche
I really think this niche is underserved with plenty of room.
You also have many routes you could take with this niche to make money.
Affiliate websites would work great, but YouTube is also something you could get into as it’d be easier to show how things work rather than explain them in text. The perfect combination would be to do both.
So what would you actually talk about on your affiliate website?
Some topics to cover that come to my mind would be:
- Tips & tactics to use in games
- Beginner guides on throwing forms and gear
- Product reviews
- Nutrition & exercises
- How to avoid injuries
You probably know the sport better than I do so maybe you know even more topics you could talk about.
What I also find interesting is that some online stores require you to buy the discs in bulk and this brings your average commissions a lot higher. I think I saw one store where you had to buy 10 discs at a time.
Another way to make money with your website or YouTube would be ads and perhaps even your own digital info products.
