I have reviewed a fair amount of rewards sites recently, and up next is another one called Rewarding Ways; a site that promises fast payouts in cash, bitcoin, or gift cards.
In short, it’s again the common GPT-recipe — fill surveys, give your opinion, watch videos with ads, do some small tasks to get rewarded a few cents for the couple of hours you just spent finding suitable offers.
Some people enjoy sites like that, and if you do; you may be wondering if the site is worth joining or if they are even legit to begin with.
That’s what I’m going to cover in this RewardingWays review today.
Things to look forward in this post:
- What is Rewarding Ways? (is it legit?)
- Who can join & how to get started
- How can you earn cash & points?
- Different ways to get paid
- Is it worth joining?
And since the earning potential is rather limited in rewards sites, I want to show you a better-paying alternative that I personally use.
Let’s see how rewarding the ways really are.
RewardingWays Review Summary $0
RewardingWays Review TLDR;
- Fill surveys and complete offers to earn cash & points. Get paid in cash, Bitcoin, or Amazon gift cards.
- A good amount of surveys and offer walls
- Low cash out threshold ($1 minimum)
- Excellent Trustpilot rating (4.7 out of 5)
- Good referral program with 25% commissions
- Strict fraud policies cause privacy concerns (need to submit mailing address, utility bills, automated phone call verification)
- Can be grindy with low earning potential
What Is RewardingWays.com?
RewardingWays.com is a GPT-site (get-paid-to) where you can fill surveys, watch videos, and complete tasks on offer walls to earn cash, cryptocurrencies, or gift cards.
The idea behind rewards sites is that you can start earning side-cash relatively fast and easy. You only need to register an account and you are pretty much ready to grind. The downside is that you are typically only earning around $1-3 per hour.
Many similar sites have their own currency system and RewardingWays is no exception to this.
However, their system is very straightforward and easy to understand:
- Most surveys reward you with cash
- Offer walls reward you with points
And 1 point is worth 1 cent.
Therefore; 100 points are worth 1 dollar.
Easy math, right?
I will show you the surveys and offer walls in more detail further below.
Is RewardingWays Legit?
A valid question as there are many rewards site scams out there such as Earn2Flex and WiredBucks.
I wouldn’t worry about that in this case though.
RewardingWays is as legit as it gets, and I’m going to show you a few points that add to their credibility.
The Company Background
The first good sign is that we actually know the company behind the site. That rarely happens with scams.
It is called 99 Ventures Ltd and their headquarters reside in the UK. The company is currently run by someone called Alan Stables.
Both 99 Ventures and RewardingWays was founded in 2011 and the company also happens to run two other GPT-sites called Offernation and Superpay.
We are off to a good start as they seem to be well-established to have stayed in the business for so long. Scams don’t usually have this long life-span.
Trustpilot Reviews
The site also has a pretty good rating on Trustpilot where people can leave feedback and criticism. Customer support also seems to respond to every review.
RewardingWays has been reviewed 577 times on Trustpilot and is rated “Excellent” by 83% of its users. Their overall rating is 4.7 out of 5, so the majority of reviews are positive.
They also have close to half a million members and they have paid out 1.3 million in cash and rewards.
Who Can Join RewardingWays?
Anyone who is over 18 years old can join the platform and start earning.
There are no country restrictions but you should be aware that different countries have a different amount of survey opportunities available.
People living in the US will have the most surveys available to them. If you live in a non-English speaking country, you may have limited surveys available.
How To Get Started?
You can get started by pressing “Join Free” on the front page.
Then you have to fill-out personal details such as your username, email, and mailing address as you can see below.
Most rewards sites don’t require a mailing address so I was a bit surprised when I first saw this.
It turns out they do this to prevent fraudulent activity on their site which is understandable to some extent.
If you become an active member of RewardingWays, you will eventually be asked for an address confirmation document such as a utility bill to confirm that you have registered a valid account with correct information.
If you initially entered false information upon registering, your account will be terminated along with your points.
Also, before you can request your first reward payout, you need to complete an automated phone call verification. It’s something you need to do only once.
These practices raise some obvious privacy concerns but at least they have been pretty adamant about not selling your data.
How Can You Start Earning Cash & Points?
Now, let’s see what kind of opportunities are available and what kind of earning potential comes with each method.
As a reminder, some earning methods reward points and one point is equal to one cent.
Surveys
Pretty much every rewards site has surveys available from multiple different survey providers.
In RewardingWays there are over 11 different survey providers. I recognize most of them but there are also some new ones I haven’t seen.
How do the surveys work then?
How it typically plays out is that you start by answering some personal and financial questions and the machine matches you with suitable surveys if it finds any. Most of the time the questions are simple answer tick boxes but sometimes you may have to type your opinion.
After you are done, you will be rewarded with the points. Depending on the survey it may be instant or take some time before approved.
The earning potential with surveys in RewardingWays can be anything from $0.20 to $5 per survey. Completing one survey can take anywhere between 5 to 60 minutes and the reward is often reflected in the time spent.
There’s also something called live surveys where the earning potential can go up to $15 but the downside is that it can take a few weeks before they are approved and paid.
I really like how they simply show how much money you will earn from the survey. Many other sites use their own currency system and you need to do annoying calculations and conversions in your head to determine how much the survey is truly worth.
Offer Walls
Offer walls have a much larger selection of tasks whereas with survey providers you can only do surveys. Offer walls also have the highest paying tasks out there but they do come with downsides though.
There are currently 13 offer walls and each wall has around 10-50 tasks to complete.
The amount of points you can earn from these tasks can be anything between 1 – 4,000 points.
Just like with surveys, the more time and effort it takes the more points you will be rewarded.
And the downsides I mentioned is that some offers require you to spend money to earn points. These are usually the highest paying offers and they can seem like good opportunities at first sight before you realize you have to swipe your credit card.
I would advise not doing those.
Another warning I have for you is about the free trials.
Some tasks can include free trials where you can try a product for a limited time for points. You should always cancel these trials before they run out, otherwise you will get billed and may “lose” the value of your points.
Always read the task instructions carefully whether you are required to spend money to earn points. I wouldn’t personally do those.
Watching Videos
You can also earn points by watching videos on something called HideoutTV.
For some reason, I have never gotten this to work despite turning off my adblockers so I can’t say too much about it.
As far as I know, it’s a passive way to earn as you can keep it on the background muted while you do something else.
The earning potential is never very good with these passive methods.
Cash Contest
Every other month there is a $1,000 bonus cash contest where the top 20 earners of the last 2 months are rewarded monetarily.
Entering the contest is free and every member is included automatically.
The $1,000 is distributed among the top 20 like this:
- 1st – $350
- 2nd – $200
- 3rd – $100
- 4-5th – $50
- 6-10th – $30
- 11-20th – $10
Promo Codes
Keeping an eye on RewardingWays social media channels is a good idea since they give out promo codes from time to time.
These promo codes can give you special cash rewards.
Twitter and Facebook are their most used social media channels.
The Referral Program
The referral program is a way to earn cash passively by inviting your friends to the platform.
This is done by sharing your unique referral link and when people join through that link, they are assigned as your referral. Your referrals will also receive $0.20 when they join.
When your referrals complete surveys and offers, you will earn 25% commissions every time they do so for lifetime.
For example, if your referral completes a survey that pays $1, you would receive $0.25 from that without doing anything.
Referral programs and affiliate programs are a very powerful way to make money online and you can even earn a full-time income when it is done correctly.
If that sounds interesting I have written a quick guide for you here so you can get started.
How Can You Get Paid?
Let’s start with the converter first.
In case you have only collected points through the offer walls, you can exchange them for cash and vice versa with the points & cash converter. The rates are 1:1 currently so there is no loss for doing so.
Once you have earned enough cash or points, you can request a withdrawal in a few different ways.
You can withdraw cash through:
- PayPal (minimum $1 & 2% fee)
- Skrill (minimum $5 & 2% fee, only used for earnings from market research surveys)
- Bitcoin (minimum $40 & 5% fee)
You can also request one instant PayPal withdrawal per day which doesn’t have the typical 24h processing time.
If you want to get paid in Bitcoin, you need a crypto wallet which you can get for free here.
How about the gift cards?
The points you earn from offer walls are actually used to redeem the gift cards.
Currently, there are Amazon gift cards and they become available only after you complete a cash withdrawal for the first time.
And something worth noting is that you need to do an automated verification phone call before you can withdraw your reward. It needs to be done only once.
Is RewardingWays Worth Joining?
Is RewardingWays a scam?
If you have read 1-star reviews on Trustpilot or some other place where people have complained about being banned or not getting paid, most of the time it’s because they didn’t follow the rules.
There are rather many rules in every GPT-site to prevent fraudulent activity, and one that comes as a surprise to many is that you can’t use multiple IP-addresses to log in to your account. You will get banned for that.
RewardingWays is definitely not a scam despite it having strict rules.
Is it worth joining then?
It’s a typical rewards site with a good selection of survey providers and offer walls. They are known to pay in time and their customer support is responsive.
Probably the best thing about RewardingWays is their referral program since they are paying 25% commissions for a life-time. Not many rewards sites are offering as good commissions so it’s a good opportunity to earn if you have an audience whom to promote.
If you are looking to make some side-cash (at best) then it could be worth joining for you.
I have personally used rewards sites in the past to make money but the time you have to spend grinding surveys and offers gets incredibly repetitive and boring. That’s why I don’t do it anymore as I feel like my time is better spent on better-paying tasks.
If you feel the same way and would like to earn more for your time spent, I have a worthwhile alternative for you to consider.
My Online Earning Method
Earning with rewards sites is not very fun when done seriously and it only gets you so far. After all, you are spending your precious time for supplemental cash at best.
My earning method can take you up to a full-time income and over if you stick to it — it’s not with rewards sites though.
I do something called affiliate marketing.
And while it may sound intimidating and hard to do, trust me; it’s not.
I basically create small affiliate websites that go on generating me passive income even after the initial work is done.
You don’t need any coding or sales experience if you are worried about that.
I have this in-depth video training course that you can get started for free. It’s actually the same course that I got started with over 2 years ago and weird enough it’s still the best course I have come across to this date.
That’s about it.
Thanks for reading my Rewarding Ways review and I hope you’ll find the online earning opportunity that fits your liking.
Feel free to drop comments if you have something to ask, I’ll gladly answer them.
I’ll leave you to it.
